| A tribute by George V. Miller, inventor of the Conetrol mount and now sole owner of Conetrol following the death of his lovely wife of 54 years on Feb.23, 2006. Esther Mae was not an ordinary beauty; she was a diamond. A telephone operator for AT&T in the earlier years of their marriage, in 1954 she transferred from their native Texas to Missoula MT where her job was indispensable in getting George through college. Back in Texas the business was started and she and George thence traveled extensively to exhibit their product at the annual major sporting-goods conventions. The existence of Conetrol today is very much attributable to Esther Mae. | |||||
